Three Easy Steps

Collect

Firstly, fill out the form below,  and we will arrange an insured courier pack so that you can send it to us quickly and safely. 

Or you can deliver it to us directly at our Auckland office.

Assess

Then our specialists will assess the quality of your damaged item and price the work for your Insurer.

If the costs to repair are high, we may advise your Insurer that it’s better to replace the item.

Repair

Lastly, when your claim is approved, we manage the item’s repair using the best jewellers or watchmakers. 

Your item will be returned to you, fully repaired and back to it’s original condition.

Why does JVC need to examine the Item?

JVC needs to examine the item to ensure that your item is repaired to the highest standards. We can also confirm to your insurer the extent of damage and confirms the jewellers’ price is fair.

Is the courier safe?

We have security procedures in place to make this a safe process.

  • We track your item throughout its journey.
  • You receive a notification once this arrives in our offices safely.
  • We have transit insurance in the rare event of loss or theft.
How long will this process take?

We allow three working days to complete our assessment once JVC receives your item.

We will be in touch to let you know once the insurer has approved the settlement and discuss the repair details and settlement with you

What if the item is already with my jeweller?

If the item is already with your jeweller, we’ll work with them to complete the required repairs. Make sure you let us know in the form below.

We will collect the item from your jeweller and confirm the repair specifications are complete and that their quote is fair.
